Davide Sanclimenti seems pleased that his ex-girlfriend Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu has moved on with Curtis Pritchard.

The reality star, 30, won Love Island with Ekin, also 30, in 2022, but ultimately called time on their relationship in 2023.

Now, Ekin is competing on the All Stars version of the series that made her famous, and has coupled up with fifth series contestant Curtis. 

In one of Davide’s recent Instagram posts, a fan commented: ‘Bro stay strong when she’s on tv kissing loads of wee boys.’

He replied: ‘I really hope she does [laughing face emoji’s)] At least she will leave me alone and stop talking about me once and for all. ‘

And more fans of Davide rushed to defend him in the comments as they warned that ‘the truth will come out’ eventually.

Another said: ‘Truth comes out in the end. He’s moved on. She’s still talking her usual trash for fame/sympathy. We’re all rooting for you Davide x’

But in support of the former Dancing On Ice contestant, one follower said: ‘To be fair to her she hasn’t been talking about you in the villa apart when she was asked by someone and she replied that she didn’t know or care what you were doing as that chapter in her life is over and she has moved on’.

Just days ago, when asked by fellow Islander Gabby Allen how she would feel to see Davide enter the villa, Ekin-Su simply replied: ‘Nothing.’

The girls laughed at her response before asking Ekin-Su where her and Davide – who split in January 2024 – stood now. 

‘I don’t know what he’s doing, I couldn’t care,’ Ekin-Su shrugged. ‘It’s in the past. 

‘That’s the old chapter and I’m here in the new chapter. Things didn’t work and I’m here.’ 

Ekin has always alleged that infidelity on Davide’s part led to the end of their relationship, and she regretted signing up for Celebrity Big Brother so soon after their split.

The former Love Island winner declared she had picked Curtis as her new man, leaving his original partner Kaz single

Later in the evening, things appeared to heat up further between them as they play a racy game around the fire pit, with Ekin-Su being dared to give Curtis a lap dance

She told The Sun: ‘I went into the show thinking that I could rebuild myself after everything that happened with Davide, but I came off worse. My guard was up.

‘I blame myself for making a poor choice in my career. People could see that I wasn’t myself, and I can understand why they thought I was being fake.’

She added: ‘I never wanted to believe the allegations against Davide but people would tell me I was being cheated on all the time. 

‘I was so scared of being alone, and I didn’t know who the hell Ekin-Su was meant to be without him.’

It comes after Curtis made a cringeworthy quip about his Hollyoaks cameo before he shares a steamy kiss with Ekin in Wednesday’s Love Island All Stars.

In the episode, Curtis, 28, switched on his acting skills and declines Ekin’s offer to meet her on the terrace.

But Ekin quickly calls him out for not being believable as Curtis jokes to the boys: ‘They’ve seen me in Hollyoaks – they loved it!’

Laying it on thick, Curtis says: ‘You have beautiful eyes’, to which Ekin replies: ‘I know right now from what I’ve had in here, I’ve had a 10/10 connection thing in here with you.

As Curtis leans in for a kiss and seals the deal, he says: ‘Kissing is very important to me, it teaches you a lot about somebody.’

Ekin adds: ‘I think I’ve learnt something from you just now, you’re very pᴀssionate!’

Curtis’ widely-panned cameo on Hollyoaks with his brother AJ has re-emerged after the ballroom dancer-turned-reality star’s return to Love Island All Stars was announced.

In 2021, he and his brother played twins Marco and Jacob in Hollyoaks but their scenes soon went viral due to their ‘wooden’ acting.

In particular, Curtis’s delivery of the line, ‘How’s Trish?’, was mocked by viewers unsure whether the brothers were plotting to murder long-time character Trish Minniver or throw her a surprise party.
