Love Island star Hannah Smith has been formally charged with making terroristic threats after her arrest last fall in connection with an incident at the Roxy in Atlanta.
Prosecutors in Cobb County, Georgia have charged Smith, 27, in connection with terroristic threats and willful obstruction of a law enforcement officer in the incident, TMZ reported Thursday after reviewing court documents.
Authorities said in court docs that the Concord, North Carolina-born reality star violated the law in lunging toward police officer Kayla Winkfield and attempting to ᴀssault her.
Prosecutors said that Smith, who appeared on the sixth season of the reality show last summer, also verbally threatened to kill the law enforcement official in the September 30 outburst.
Smith in the incident last autumn was booted out into the parking lot about 11:30 p.m., according to an arrest warrant obtained by DailyMail.com
Smith was ejected for being disorderly and escorted outside, where a policewoman tried to get her to an Uber, the warrant stated.

Smith instead allegedly tried to punch her, leading to the reality TV star being handcuffed as she repeatedly attempted to kick at the officer, according to the arrest warrant.
‘As she was being escorted away from the Orange Deck parking structure and to her Uber,’ the arresting officer wrote in the warrant, ‘she attempted to punch me, with a closed fist, however, she did not make contact with me.

‘While in handcuffs she also attempted to kick me multiple times.’
Once under arrest and in the back of the police car, Smith allegedly threatened to kill the officer and her sister multiple times.
‘While said accused was being transported to Cobb County Adult Detention Center she stated she was going to kill me and my sister multiple times with the purpose of terrorizing said victim,’ the warrant read.
An insider in the probe told TMZ Smith also uttered racial slurs in the incident, as she was heard saying to the officer: ‘B****, I can’t wait to kill you, you dumbᴀss, ugly b**** ’cause you’re f****** fat, and they love us skinny b****** ’cause you’re f****** Black, and I hate Black b****** so I can’t wait to kill you and your sister, you dumbᴀss b****.’
Cobb County Police charged Smith with terroristic threats and willful obstruction of a law enforcement officer, both felonies.
Smith was released on $8,000 bail the next day and banned from drinking alcohol or taking any drugs other than those prescribed to her. These conditions would be enforced by ‘random alcohol/drug tests at her own expense’, court records showed.
