Eric Christian Olsen’s wife Sarah Wright Olsen announced Wednesday that their $1.35M three-bedroom Pacific Palisades home was burned down in the LA wildfires.

Luckily, the 47-year-old NCIS: Los Angeles alum and the 41-year-old Your Zen Mama co-founder safely evacuated the embattled Castellammare neighborhood with their three children in tow – son Wyatt, 11; daughter Esme, 8; and daughter Winter, 4.

Sarah was in the middle of recording ads of her parenting podcast The Mother Daze ‘when she smelt the smoke.’

Eric and family quickly fled to the home of his brother David Paul Olsen and sister-in-law Daniela Ruah, who co-starred with him in NCIS: Los Angeles.

‘It’s impossible to put into words these last few days. We are together and safe and surrounded by love,’ Wright wrote on Instagram.

‘We lost our home. It was one of the first areas to go. Our kids have said “we all took our first steps there.” It’s so hard to say goodbye to our gorgeous town, our special school, and this place we have loved for 13 years. But we are so so grateful we are together and for the outpouring of love.’

The BĀEO skincare co-founder continued: ‘We have received so many messages from friends offering their homes, food, clothing, hugs, things for the kids, support, and we are just blown away. It’s what keeps making us tear up. Thank you it means so much to us. More soon.’

Just last month, the Olsens were under threat of evacuation with thousands of others due to the Franklin Fire, which burned more than 4K acres and 12 structures in Malibu between December 9-18.

It’s unclear if the Cloud Nine Productions founder and Sarah still own the vacation home near Jackson Hole, WY they bought in a 2015 episode of the HGTV’s House Hunters.

The married couple of 12 years reportedly began dating in 2007 – one year after meeting as co-stars on the set of Fox sitcom The Loop and one year after she divorced her first husband A. J. Mason.

Eric is currently an executive producer on Jennie Snyder Urman’s reboot of Matlock starring Kathy Bates, which CBS officially renewed for a second season on October 22.

Olsen concluded his role as investigator Marty Deeks in Shane Brennan’s police procedural NCIS: Los Angeles in 2023 after 14 seasons on CBS.

But the Kamala Harris supporter is probably best known for taking on the Jim Carrey role in Troy Miller’s 2003 prequel Dumb and Dumberer: When Harry Met Lloyd and playing ‘The Cocky Blond Guy’ Austin in Joel Gallen’s teen parody comedy Not Another Teen Movie.

Firefighters are entering day nine of the battle against five different wildfires destroying a total 38,724 acres with the Palisades fire being 21% contained and the Eaton (Altadena) fire being 45% contained.

Officials have confirmed 25 deaths, over 12K destroyed structures, thousands remain evacuated, and economic loss is estimated to cost between $135B-$150B.
