Eamonn Holmes captured a heartwarming moment as he reunited with his beloved dog Maggie who he shared with ex Ruth Langsford.
The TV presenter, 65, were locked in a bitter custody battle over their beloved 14-year-old Border Collie who they adopted in 2011.
It was previously said the former couple were having ‘difficult conversations’ over the pooch and that Eamonn was set to lose custody of her.
On Thursday, Eamonn shared a video of himself reuniting with Maggie who looked thrilled to see him again.
In the video he said: ‘Aw that dog loves me, thank you Maggie,’ before breaking into a rendition of All You Need Is Love by The Beatles.
A source previously told The Sun: ‘Maggie is like a daughter to them. They dote on her. But she’s getting on and they know she needs stability.

‘It’s a case of who can give her that. Eamonn adores her and Maggie’s been such a support during his health woes.
‘The thought of giving her up is heartbreaking to him. But if Ruth is able to get out and about and walk her more, then it may well be that she gets Maggie in the split.
The TV star has been dating counsellor Katie Alexander since his split from Ruth.
Eamonn proved he was very much enjoying his new romance after the pair jetted off for a luxury holiday together over the summer.
The GB News presenter was seen cheekily grabbing his new lover Katie’s bottom in Ibiza in September.
The getaway reportedly left Ruth shocked, with the holiday occurring just four months after the former golden couple announced they were divorcing.
The Northern Irish presenter has been open about his new relationship with the pair pictured enjoying two holidays together over the summer.
In May it emerged Eamonn and Ruth had split after 14 years of marriage and would divorce. Cracks had started to appear in their relationship and they had not been pH๏τographed together for two years.

Katie met Eamonn on X in 2015 after she commented on a post and it sparked a conversation.
Last October he attended a charity fundraising event in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire and became a patron. Katie has worked for the charity as a therapist.
It was reported in September that Ruth has hired a ‘fierce’ divorce lawyer amid the bitter split.
As reported by The Sun, Catherine Costley has been called up by Loose Women host Ruth who seeks to end her 14-year marriage to Eamonn, also 64, with a financial settlement.
Ms Costley is known for her fierce approach to divorce settlements and has said all women should have a ‘go bag’ fund when exiting a relationship, according to The Sun.
