Felicity Jones oozed sophistication in a black and white corset gown as she attended a special screening for The Brutalist. 

The actress, 41, attended a special screening of the award-winning drama at Picturehouse Central Cinema, London, on Wednesday. 

Felicity, who stars as Erzsébet Tóth in historical drama, looked effortlessly chic for the event as she donned a fitted black and white halterneck gown.

Her dress featured a huge ruffled bow attached to a thin halterneck strap as well as a a wrap-style skirt complete with a leg split.

She paired the dress with dainty black closed-toe pointed heels and a pair of delicate hoop drop earrings. 

Felicity’s chocolate brown locks were blow-dried straight and she sported a full fringe.

It comes days after Felicity commanded attention in a dazzling silver Prada gown as she walked the star-studded red carpet at the 82nd annual Golden Globe Awards earlier this month. 

She looked sensational in the Prada sleeveless figure hugging number, which boasted an eye catching floral embellished detailing.

Felicity showed off her amazing figure as she posed for pH๏τos ahead of the awards ceremony, which was held at the Beverly Hilton.

Styling her long brunette tresses in an up do, the Chalet Girl star accessorised with a simple pair of stud earrings. 

She wore a glamorous palette of makeup for the night after using the LYMA laser to prep her skin for the star-studded event. 

Felicity was joined during the evening by her husband Charles Guard, who cut a dapper figure in a black tuxedo.

During the evening, Felicity missed out on Best Supporting Actress in a Musical or Comedy for her role in The Brutalist with Zoe Saldaña taking home the gong for Emilia Pérez.

Felicity recently discussed ‘pushing back on expectations’ and gender imbalance in the film industry as she graced the cover on Marie Claire in December.

In the accompanying interview with the magazine, Felicity, who recently started her own production company said: ‘There are always expectations about how one should be and it’s about pushing back on those.’ 

After rising to fame in 2011’s Like Crazy, she recalled the ‘profound gender imbalance’ during her early career likening it to ‘walking onto a building site.’

Felicity added: ‘Young actresses could get easily pigeonholed. There would often be descriptions relating to appearance rather than character in scripts, but I have noticed people are more conscious of that.’ 

She continued: ‘Female directors need to have the funds to make films. But it’s been an extraordinary shift.’

Felicity stars as Erzsébet Tóth in historical drama, The Brutalist, a post-war epic about a Holocaust survivor attempting to rebuild a life in America.

Inspired by the Jean-Louis Cohen’s book Architecture in Uniform, the film stars Adrien Brody as a Hungarian architect with Felicity playing his wife.

Spanning decades, The Brutalist tells the story of László Tóth and his attempts to pursue his art after the war in America.

Adrien plays Tóth. He lives in near-poverty until a wealthy industrialist, Harrison Lee Van Buren (Guy Pearce), gives him an important contract. Joe and Alessandro Nivola also star.

The actor said it was a character and a story he felt an ‘immediate kinship and understanding for.’ 

His mother, pH๏τographer Sylvia Plachy, was a Hungarian immigrant who fled in 1956 during the anti-Soviet revolution to restart and attempt to build a life as an artist.
