Sam Thompson and Zara McDermott filmed what has turned out to be a very awkward TV show before their shock split.
The exes, whose break up was revealed last month, took part in Michael McIntyre’s Big Show and the infamous Midnight Gameshow skit.
During the segment, the exes were surprised at the Chelsea home they once shared by the comedian and his crew, who woke them up in bed.
The gobsmacked pair are filmed sitting in bed together as they are tasked with answering questions from three custard pie wielding Love Island stars – Jessy Potts, Harriett Blackmore and Ayo Odukoya.
McIntyre previously admitted the skit almost never happened because the former couple had locked their bedroom door from the inside.
He told viewers: ‘They were terrified as I had to knock on the door – but thankfully they then had the time of their lives.’
