Star-studded LA fire benefit concert in the works and some of biggest acts in music are expected to perform

As Southern California continues to grapple with devastating wildfires, music’s biggest names are banding together to organize a benefit concert to provide relief for victims.

On Tuesday, insiders revealed to TMZ that the fundraiser event — dubbed FireAid —has already garnered immense interest from the music industry’s elite. Sources reveal that more than 50 music acts have reached out, eager to participate.

However, with only 24 performance slots planned, organizers are scrambling to expand the event’s scope to make it an even bigger bash, for further aid.

First posted by the Intuit Dome arena in Inglewood, California — approximately 20 miles from the Palisades Fire — FireAid is aimed at raising millions for those who have been displaced due to the raging infernos in the greater Los Angeles area.

FireAid is confirmed to be held January 30th at the Intuit Dome. But the benefit is slated to be so grand that insiders revealed the bash will be jointly hosted at the Kia Forum — roughly a mile and a half away.

Information regarding tickets, donations and sponsorships for the benefit concert will be emailed after signing up at this link shared by the Intuit Dome. Performances will be live-streamed globally.

While the full performer lineup has yet to be revealed, sources close to the event confirm that all participating artists will be based in Los Angeles, adding a heartfelt local touch to the benefit.

Unfortunately, global superstars Taylor Swift or Beyoncé are confirmed to not be part of the program, per TMZ.

The stakes for FireAid couldn’t be higher. As California faces various destructive wildfires, the Palisades Fire has been noted as one of the most destructive in California history.

‘We need the community to come together and this is a good step ❤️,’ one fan penned under the Intuit Domes post. Another chimed in, ‘There it is! Lets rock and get it back.’

More than 100,000 residents of the City of Angels were forced to flee their homes and 24 have been confirmed ᴅᴇᴀᴅ as scattered blazes have continued to pop up in Southern California.

Many famous faces have taken to their social media pages to re-post free resources available to those who have fallen victim or been displaced due to the ravaging wildfires.

Among those impacted were several A-listers who lost their million-dollar mansions though most of the people affected by the fires are neither famous nor wealthy.

Paris Hilton, Anthony Hopkins, John Goodman, Miles Teller, Billy Crystal, Mandy Moore and Jen Atkin are among those whose homes have been destroyed by the rapidly advancing inferno.

The Palisades Fire broke out on Tuesday, January 7 amid high winds in a region that had not seen significant rainfall in more than six months.

Sunset Boulevard in the Palisades was packed with abandoned luxury cars as residents left their vehicles to flee on foot when news of the blaze initially broke.

Blocks of expensive homes were reduced to rubble as the fires advanced at the rate of three football field lengths per minute.

A stretch of homes on the beach along Pacific Coast Highway have been burned to the ground.
