Kevin Spacey was spotted at JFK International Airport after landing in New York City on Tuesday.

The 65-year-old actor was all smiles while pushing a cart piled up with his suitcases after picking up his belongings at baggage claim.

For his day of travel, he layered a bright orange shirt with an olive green, zip-up jacket.

The House of Cards star donned black joggers and accessorized with a pair of tortoiseshell, wayfarer-style specs and a fedora. 

He was wheeling three check-ins and one carry-on suitcase as he headed outside to wait for his ride.

This comes three months after revealed he was back to filming on an unknown project in Phoenix for the first time since his Sєxual ᴀssault trial acquittal in the UK over a year ago.

The controversial actor appeared to be in high spirits since he returned to filming and his psychological thriller movie premiered late last year.

In November, Spacey’s Italian indie thriller The Contract, in which he stars as a character named ‘The Devil,’ premiered at the Cairo Film Festival. 

And about a year and a half ago, a London jury found him not guilty of all nine charges against him related to Sєxual ᴀssault. 

He faced accusations from four men spanning more than a decade during his tenure as the artistic director of the Old Vic theatre. 

Out of nine, Spacey was charged with seven counts of Sєxual ᴀssault.

He was also charged with one count of causing a person to engage in Sєxual activity without consent and one count of causing a person to engage in penetrative Sєxual activity without consent. 

Beginning in 2017, a series of startling allegations started mounting and his fall from public grace was set in motion when more than 30 men accused Spacey of Sєxual ᴀssault or inappropriate behavior. 

The two-time Oscar winner and once beloved actor denied all allegations, insisting the claims were ‘madness’ and accused the claimants of ‘lying for money.

Just several months before his trip to New York City, he shared a post revealing he returned to filming in Phoenix via a social media post on X, formerly Twitter. 

Last October, he posted a pH๏τo of him in Western-inspired attire and posing on a horse alongside the caption: ‘A little beaten up but honored to be back on the horse. On location in Phoenix.’

He also revealed that his home in Baltimore had been put up for auction. The house was later sold for a discount at the foreclosure auction.

Kevin explained that he owes ‘many millions’ and stated, ‘Well I mean, you have some sense of legal bills. I still owe a lot of legal bills that I have not been able to pay.’ 

However, in his October social media post, he said he was ‘humbled’ over a year after being cleared of Sєxually ᴀssaulting four men following a high-profile trial in which Sir Elton John gave evidence in his defense. 

He was overcome with emotion when the jury at London’s Southwark Crown Court returned not guilty verdicts on all counts.
