Kathy Griffin is a single woman again after finalizing her second divorce.
The 64-year-old comedian and her estranged husband Randy Bick filed paperwork Monday indicating that they had settled their issues on dividing ᴀssets, according to TMZ.
The documents indicated that Griffin and her ex, who is a marketing executive, had a prenuptial agreement in place, which streamlined the divorce.
Griffin filed for divorce in December of 2023, just days before what would have been their fourth wedding anniversary.
She cited irreconcilable differences at the time as the reason for their split.
Griffin was previously married from 2001 to 2006 to the actor Matt Moline.

The latest documents indicate that Griffin and Bick got hitched on New Year’s Day in 2020.
According to the filing, Griffin and Bick followed their prenup and determined that they don’t share any communal property that would need to be split up.

They also agreed that they didn’t accrue any ᴀssets together over the course of their marriage.
They’ll be split up their property separately, and neither is requesting spousal support following the divorce, though Bick previously requested support in an earlier filing.
Neither Griffin nor Bick have children, which helped streamline the divorce negotiations.
Although their marriage was fairly short lived, the former couple were still together for more than a decade.
They met in 2011 at a food and wine festival, but Griffin didn’t initially think the two would have anything more than a short-term fling.
She joked to People in 2016 that she ‘thought [Blick] was just a man-whore’ when they first met.

An insider told DailyMail.com that the two grew apart after Bick became a ‘homebody’ and wasn’t as interested in pursuing Griffin’s interests; seen in 2019 in LA
However, she said he turned out to be ‘very sweet and very mellow,’ and the Suddenly Susan star was pleased to learn that he was ‘not like a Hollywood guy.’
But the couple broke up in 2018, only to get back together less than a year later.
Griffin and Bick tied the knot on New Year’s Day 2020, with the actress Lily Tomlin officiating the intimate ceremony.
Shortly after Griffin filed for divorce ahead of what would have been the couple’s fourth wedding anniversary, an insider told DailyMail.com that she had decided to end the marriage after Bick became a ‘homebody.’
‘As of late, Randy was more content with being a homebody and instead of growing together, they started growing apart,’ the insider said. ‘Kathy hates that it has ended this way, but she needed to be Kathy again, and this was the only way she was going to get there.’
Despite their differences, they emphasized that Kathy still loved her ex.
She had difficult tracking down Bick to serve him divorce papers, as he had allegedly been out of touch with her and hadn’t provided a forwarding address.
Griffin eventually had to resort to hiring a private detective to serve her ex the papers.
