Shakira and her rumored new boyfriend Lewis Hamilton continued to fuel romance rumors while enjoying a cruise along the Miami coastline.

Hours after eyewitnesses revealed the duo ‘crossed paths at a fancy restaurant’ on Wednesday, the Formula 1 star, 38, picked up the 46-year-old Colombian superstar on a $230,000 speed boat, outside her $20 million waterfront mansion, located in Biscayne Bay.

As the singer met up with the British racing driver, he promptly extended his hand out to her as she climbed aboard.

They were accompanied by 33-year-old American fencer Miles Chamley-Watson, one of Hamilton’s closest friends.

For their outing, the mother-of-two showcased her famous curves in a purple fringed ʙικιɴι top and matching shorts.

Shortly before the yacht day under the sun, the She Wolf songstress crossed paths with Lewis at Miami’s Cipriani restaurant. Although the two didn’t dine together, he sent a smile in her direction as she pᴀssed his table.

Shakira was later spotted attending the F1 Grand Prix of Spain at Circuit de Barcelona-Cataluny over this past weekend on June 4, and watched Hamilton compete from the stands.

He came in second place, with Max Verstappen taking the first place victory. Afterwards, the two enjoyed a night out on the town, and appeared in an Instagram pH๏τo shared by singer-songwriter, Mustafa.

Hamilton’s left arm could be seen wrapped around Shakira’s waist as they flashed cheerful smiles to the camera. In a caption added towards the bottom of the snap, Mustafa penned, ‘May God protect the engineers.’

The budding romance with the British race car driver comes after Shakira officially split from soccer player and longtime partner, Gerard Pique, last year in June 2022. The former couple share sons Milan, 10, and Sasha, eight.

She first began publicly dating the sports star in March 2011 after meeting on set of the music video for Waka Waka (This Time for Africa).

However, the pair announced their split years later with a joint statement, per Page Six. ‘We regret to confirm that we are separating.’

‘For the well-being of our children, who are our highest priority, we ask that you respect our privacy. Thank you for your understanding.’

Following the break up, allegations that Gerard had cheated on the star circulated, but both Shakira and Pique never commented on the claims. In late November 2022, the former couple came to a custody agreement over their sons.

‘Our sole objective is to provide our children with the utmost security and protection and hope that they can continue with their lives in a safe and calm environment,’ the two stated at the time to People.

A source informed the publication that the agreement is ‘best for their kids,’ and further revealed, ‘For eight years they have been living in Barcelona, but she and the kids are moving to Miami, where all her maternal family live.’

Earlier this year in April, Shakira made the official move from Spain to Miami, Florida, and shared a post on Instagram to reminisce on her time in Barcelona and sent graтιтude for the years spent there.

‘Thank you to everyone who has been there to cheer me up, dried my tears, inspired me and made me grow,’ she wrote towards the end of her statement in Spanish.

‘Thank you to my Spanish audience who have always wrapped me in their love and loyalty. For you, just a see you later and, as my father said so many times, see you around the curves!’

Shakira has referenced to her split from Gerard in recent tracks she released, such as BZRP Music Session #53 and most recently, ACRÓSTICO, which she dropped shortly before Mother’s Day. The soccer player has since been romantically linked to 23-year-old Clara Chia Marti.
