The 54-year-old Real Housewives of New York veteran looked as tanned and toned as ever as she let her black hair down.

She was laughing while in dark sunglᴀsses and layers of diamond jewelry before she took a dip in the ocean.

Frankel also took to her Insta Stories to point out that her scrunchie in her hair matched her swimsuit.

Last week she was spotted with her new boyfriend Tom Villante in Florida.  Her partner, 56, is the founder of Yapstone.

They have been an item since this summer as they have been seen holding hands while out to dinner together.

They also snuggled at the Yellowstone season 5B premiere on November 7 in New York City.

Bethenny was asked if she is already engaged to her new man wen she flashed a big ring on her wedding finger. She snapped back on social media.

Speaking in a video posted to TikTok, she said: ;This is what they call a flexible diamond ring and it is impossible to be sized.

‘If I wanna wear a ring on my belly, on my teeth, on my toe, on my nose, I’ll do it. So until further notice, I’m engaged to my daughter and myself.’

Her last romance was with fiance Paul Bernon.

Frankel has one child, daughter Bryn Hoppy, with her ex Jason Hoppy, whom she wed in 2010 and finalized her divorce from in 2021.

This comes after Frankel said she hasn’t always enjoyed celebrating her birthday.

The star shared her birthday with her mom Bernadette – who died of lung cancer in April – and Bethenny has now admitted that their ‘complicated’ relationship made it difficult for her to celebrate the occasion.
