Balenciaga dinner feeling hungry after being unable to eat due to a hard-shell mask covering her mouth.
The reality personality, 41, who walked for the fashion house earlier in the day, joined the likes of Bella Hadid and Nicole Kidman at the star-studded dinner on Wednesday.
During the meal, Kim poked fun at her masked look as she held a fork up to her mouth while her bread rolls remained uneaten.
The Kardashians star, who made the joke at her own expense, shared snaps from the after show party on her Instagram, claiming it was an ‘honour’ to walk the runway.
Sarah Howard, who works for her sister Kourtney’s brand Poosh, joked: ‘How do you eat with the mask on, Kimberley!?’
While another person who was amused by the snap, said: ‘The fork lol.’
Others joked that Kim looked like different characters, as they compared her to Squid Game villain The Frontman and singing duo Daft Punk.
In other behind the scenes images from the evening, Kim showcased her incredible figure form-fitting black sequin gown with the Daft Punk-style mask.
Kim recently revealed she had dropped 21lbs, after first losing weight to fit into Marilyn Monroe’s dress for the Met Gala earlier this year.
She lost 16 pounds in just three weeks to fit into Monroe’s iconic dress from when she sang Happy Birthday to President John F. Kennedy in 1962.
Kim compared the body transformation to Christian Bale’s extreme weight loss for his role in The Machinist.
She shared that she ‘didn’t do anything unhealthy’ and simply put that she would not have attended the event without her loss.
The Hulu star came under an immense amount of criticism for the diet, with many branding it ‘unhealthy’ – including actress Lily Reinhart, who said Kim’s ‘ignorance is other-worldly and disgusting’.
During the show, the SKIMS CEO slipped her slimmed down figure into a skin-тιԍнт black catsuit with a sweetheart neckline and a matching satin sarong.
Her icy blonde hair was worn in a bun with pieces left out and gelled to create a stick-straight look.
Just moments before the show began, Kim was captured with her hair undone and several ᴀssistants putting finishing touches on her edgy ensemble.
Ahead of the show, Kim posed up in front of a white backdrop and held a slate with the number 55 on it, which was likely her position in the queue.
The Balenciaga muse owned the catwalk with the likes of veteran supermodel Naomi Campbell, Vogue cover girl Bella pop songstress Dua Lipa, actress Nicole and Selling Sunset star Christine Quinn.
Kim posed backstage with Dua and Nicole, who wowed in rivalling ballgowns and opaque black тιԍнтs.
