Megan Fox didn’t quite make it in to the GQ Men of the Year event in Los Angeles Thursday, but fans now know what she would have worn if she had.
The actress, 38, who is pregnant with her fourth child, drove to the glitzy event with her boyfriend Machine Gun Kelly, 34, but decided not to go in to the party at Bar Marmont, and instead chose to wait for him in their car.
Video shared on the Instagram page of celebrity makeup artist Jenna Kristina offered a close up of what was supposed to be her first red carpet look since announcing her pregnancy.
The Transformers star’s growing baby bump was impossible to miss in the very sheer black lace body suit with cutouts. She covered up her private parts with a plunging black bra and matching panties.
The Dave actress’ long dark hair was styled straight and a black lace veil was attached to her locks.

According to her makeup artist, Fox’s glow was accomplished using a skin prep tool, the LumiSpa iO from Nu Skin, which, according to the company provides ‘powerful, pore-purifying results!’
The next step was to use Herbivore Botanicals for Fox’s skincare, and finished the job with Maybelline makeup, including the pretty pink Lifter gloss in a shade called Heat.
‘How can she be such a GODDESS❤️?’ asked an ardent admirer.
‘Mother Goddess,’ claimed another.
Fox, who shares three children, Noah, 11, Bodhi, nine, and Journey, seven, with ex-husband Brian Austin Green, revealed her pregnancy on November 11.
The baby she is carrying is the first for her and boyfriend MGK, who is dad to daughter Casie, 15 from a previous relationship.
The couple have reportedly been in counseling after suffering a miscarriage last year.

In an interview with Good Morning America last year, Fox explained how the pregnancy loss had affected their relationship.
‘I had never been through anything like that before in my life,’ she explained.
‘I have three kids, so it was very difficult for both of us, and it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately and together and apart … trying to navigate, “What does this mean?” and “Why did this happen?”‘
Their due date is in March. The parents-to-be reportedly know the baby’s gender, but are not revealing it.
