On October 15, Page Six reported that hip-hop mogul Diddy continues to face five new Sєxual ᴀssault lawsuits. The plaintiffs filed a lawsuit in the Southern District Court of New York (USA) on October 14, accusing the rapper of raping, drugging and threatening to kill the victims. Notably, two of the five new lawsuits against Diddy are men.
According to court documents, an unnamed woman said that in 2004, she was invited by Diddy to a pH๏τo shoot, and then she was raped by the male artist in a H๏τel room in Manhattan (New York, USA) when she was only 19 years old. The female college student was also taken by the mogul to a private party held in a secret room. Here, Diddy attacked her and another person. According to the victim, they were locked in a closed space, unable to escape. Diddy controlled and threatened to kill them if they did not obey and agree to provide Sєxual services to the tycoon.
In another lawsuit, a man accused Diddy of Sєxually ᴀssaulting him in a department store warehouse in 2008. Another man also accused the rapper of drugging and raping him in a truck outside a White Party hosted by Diddy in 2006, despite his repeated pleas.
Two other complaints came from two people who attended Diddy’s parties in 1995-1998. The victims were very young at the time. One of the two victims said Diddy invited her to a promotional party for Biggie Smalls’ music video One More Chance in 1995. After that, Diddy Sєxually ᴀssaulted her. According to the victim’s accusation, she was brutally beaten by Diddy, banging her head against the wall to lose the strength to resist before he committed the wrongful act of rape.
The accusation exposed the shocking method of the rap kingpin’s crime to the public. Diddy’s legal team has not yet commented on the above 5 accusations.
Diddy was arrested in New York (USA) on September 16. This kingpin was accused of a series of serious crimes of Sєx, prosтιтution, extortion… but pleaded not guilty in the prosecution hearing held on September 17. Previously, Cᴀssie Ventura – Diddy’s ex-girlfriend – accused and filed a lawsuit against the rapper for “using money and power to cover up evidence of physical and mental abuse”.
1 week after Diddy was arrested, the US Security Investigations Bureau publicly released the indictment exposing the crimes of this “Sєxual predator” to light and causing a global shock. Accordingly, Diddy and members of the Combs Enterprise group, including senior supervisors, security personnel, family staff and personal ᴀssistants, are accused of organizing many Freak Offs – gatherings for Sєx and drug use.
During these gatherings, the hip-hop star is accused of beating, throwing objects, and physically and mentally abusing the victims to force them to participate in crazy acts according to his will. The attacks are described as “often causing injuries that take days or weeks to heal”. In addition, Diddy also controlled the victims in many ways, including physical violence, promising career opportunities, threatening to cut off financial support and other coercive measures, including monitoring the victims’ whereabouts and medical records, providing them with addictive substances…
More than 120 victims have spoken out but Diddy still denies the charges. The male rapper has applied for bail three times but has been denied. On October 10, Diddy appeared in his first public hearing. He caused outrage by blowing kisses and waving to his relatives happily in court. At the recent hearing, Diddy did not speak but authorized his lawyer to sue the government for leaking the video of him beating his ex-girlfriend to the media. The rap mogul’s trial will take place on May 5, 2025.
