Diddy’s lawyers are requesting that the names of his accusers be made public.

Disgraced rapper Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs has asked a New York judge to reveal the names of all of his accusers in a new filing yesterday.

His high-powered legal team demanded that prosecutors release the idenтιтies of his alleged victims so he can prepare adequately for trial.

The letter, which was addressed to a US District Judge Arun Subramanian, noted that since his case was ‘unique’ due to his ‘celebrity status, wealth and the publicity’, many of the victims have made ‘false to outright absurd’ accusations.

By having their names in the public domain, Diddy and his team believe they would be able to understand the charges better and know which allegations prosecutors are relying on during the May trial.

But a source close to the investigation claimed to ᴅᴇᴀᴅline that Diddy’s team are trying to push for accusers to be named in a bid to publicly-shame them.

Material shared between opposing sides of a criminal case – known as ‘discovery’ – is entered into the public record, meaning anyone could see the names.

Disgraced rapper Sean ‘ Diddy ‘ Combs has asked a New York judge to reveal the names of all of his accusers in a new filing yesterday

‘This case is unique, in part because of the number of individuals levying allegations against Mr. Combs due to his celebrity status, wealth, and the publicity of his previously settled lawsuit and the grand jury leaks and false inflammatory statements by the DHS agents, as outlined in our previous motion.

‘This has had a pervasive ripple effect, resulting in a torrent of allegations by unidentified complainants, spanning from the false to outright absurd. Yesterday alone, anonymous accusers filed an additional six lawsuits.

‘These accusations came on the heels of more than a dozen lawsuits previously filed and currently pending, several of which have already been discredited but only after irreparably damaging Mr. Combs’ character and reputation.’

The alleged rapist and abuser’s attorneys believe that the ‘hysterical media circus’ caused by the unnamed accusers can ‘irreparably deprive Mr. Combs of a fair trial, if they haven’t already’.

They say the sheer scale of allegations facing Diddy means that he is enтιтled to know his accusers’ names, so he can adequately prepare a defense against their claims.

‘To the extent Mr. Combs is forced to mount a defense against criminal allegations that the government does not seek to prove at trial, he is enтιтled to know that,’ the lawyers added.

That filing further referenced a November lawsuit filed by his former girlfriend, Cᴀssie, whose legal name is Casandra Ventura.

Diddy settled the lawsuit the next day, but its allegations of Sєxual and physical abuse have followed him since.

The filing came a day after Diddy was accused of molesting six more people – including his first alleged underage victim and a man who says he was attacked at Macy’s iconic NYC flagship store.

Houston-based attorney Tony Buzbee filed six new lawsuits  on behalf of two men and four women on Monday the latest in Comb’s criminal lifestyle since he was indicted last month on Sєx trafficking and federal racketeering charges.

The two male victims were part of the 120 accusers who recently came forward alleging that the hip-hop mogul Sєxually ᴀssaulted them between 1995 and 2021.

In the suit, one of the men, who was 16-years-old at the time, claimed that Combs molested him at the singer’s 1998 white party in the Hamptons. Combs is said to have done so after the youngster – who was a year below New York’s age of consent – asked for advice on breaking into the music business.

Combs ordered the boy to drop his pants and proceeded to molest him, the suit alleges. The star is said to have told his alleged victim that such behavior was a rite of pᴀssage for aspiring musicians and added: ‘Don’t you want to break into the business?’ He said he complied out of fear.

The other victim, identified as John Doe, claimed  he was ‘orally raped’ by Combs in the stockroom of the Macy’s Flagship store in May 2008.

Former friends, acquaintances, employees, Bad Boy artists and industry insiders further  told Rolling Stone that Diddy is a menacing figure who uses his public celebrity-adored persona to hide a pattern of Sєxual abuse and violence.

According to the report, Diddy’s history of Sєxual abuse traces back to before his music career started, with women who knew him at Howard University saying he showed signs of an abusive personality even then.

Combs attorney’s issued a statement to DailyMail.com.

‘The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded today’s barrage of filings were clear attempts to garner publicity,’ they said.

‘Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never Sєxually ᴀssaulted anyone—adult or minor, man or woman.’

Last week, a May 5 trial date was set for Diddy after he plead not guilty.
