Zendaya recently reprised her role as Spider-Man’s love interest MJ in the sequel Spider-Man: Far From Home.
The film was released July 2 and as of Wednesday had earned $1 billion at the worldwide box office.
Zendaya can next be seen in the upcoming sci-fi epic Dune based on the 1965 Frank Herbert novel of the same name.
The film features an ensemble cast consisting of Timothée Chalamet, Rebecca Ferguson, Oscar Isaac, Josh Brolin, Stellan Skarsgård, Dave Bautista, David Dastmalchian, Stephen Henderson, Charlotte Rampling, Jason Momoa and Javier Bardem.
Dune is scheduled to be released in the US on November 20, 2020.
Zendaya has been starring in the new hit HBO show Euphoria as teenage drug addict Rue who narrates the series.
HBO announced Thursday that Euphoria was renewed for a second season halfway through its first season run.
Euphoria, created by Sam Levinson, has grown its audience each week and has delivered over 5.5 million viewers on the HBO Go and HBO Now streaming platforms since its premiere last month.
The fifth episode of Euphoria will air Sunday on HBO.
